1. Service Description

PropFirmEasy provides prop firm challenge passing services, including:

• Phase 1 & Phase 2 challenge management
• Funded account management (optional)
• Trading support and consultation
• Performance tracking and reporting

We are not a prop firm and do not provide regulated financial services, investment advice, or brokerage services. All trading is performed exclusively on accounts provided by the client.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You legally own the trading account you provide
• You are eligible to use the prop firms involved
• You are not violating any local laws

We are not responsible for users accessing our service in restricted regions.

3. Account Credentials & Responsibility

To perform our service, you must provide accurate account credentials. You agree that you will not:

• Trade during our management period
• Modify login credentials
• Interfere with open trades
• Independently violate prop firm rules

Any breach voids guarantees, refunds, or reattempt rights.

4. Prop Firm Rules

Each prop firm has its own rules and restrictions. You are responsible for understanding these. PropFirmEasy is not liable for the decisions or actions of any prop firm.

5. Completion & Delivery

A challenge is considered successfully delivered when:

• Phase 1 is passed, or
• Phase 2 is passed, or
• A funded account is issued

Once delivered, the service is fully completed and no refunds apply.
