Refund Policy
At PropFirmEasy, we maintain one of the highest success rates in the industry, averaging 98%+ successful challenge passes across supported prop firms. In the rare case where we fail your challenge, you are fully protected with the options below.
1. Free Re-Attempt (Default Option)
If your challenge fails while it is under our management, we will purchase a new challenge of the same account size at our own cost and attempt to pass it again for you, completely free of charge. This is our standard guarantee and the option chosen by most clients.
2. Cash Refund Option
If you prefer not to receive a free re-attempt, you may request a 100% cash refund of the service fee you paid to PropFirmEasy. Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours to your original payment method, provided the eligibility conditions below are met.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for either a free re-attempt or a cash refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You do not place any trades on the account during our management period.
- You do not change or interfere with the account login credentials.
- The challenge is not already violated (daily loss, max loss, equity rules, etc.) before we start trading.
- The failure is directly related to our trading activity and not caused by:
- platform outages
- prop firm technical issues
- actions taken by you or third parties
- You provide correct, working account credentials and accurate prop firm details.
4. Completed Service
Once we successfully pass your challenge and deliver the funded account or successful challenge result, the service is considered fully completed and no refunds apply.
